Johnson County:
The city clerk shall certify to the county election officer a list of all city offices to be voted upon at each city election not later than May 1st of every year that such city has a city election. [K.S.A. 25-2118]
In accordance with K.S.A. 25-2017a, the District will certify to the county election officer a list of all District Member Positions to be elected in 2025, along with an updated copy of the district boundary map, and the voting plan to be used as defined in K.S.A. 25-2005 by May 1, 2025.
In conjunction with the city and school elections, the District will certify to the county election officer a list of all District Member Positions to be elected in 2025, by May 1, 2025.
